Communicated - The Technoscience Network invites young people aged 6 to 12 and their families to celebrate science and technology as part of the Family Resourceful Month. From November 1 to 30, the regional organizations that are members of the Technoscience Network are offering a virtual or face-to-face program for the Debrouillards all over Quebec.

The technical underside of everyday objects

Under the theme Pirate your daily life, lots of fun science activities will take place. Adapted to the new realities of each region, the activities offered will allow budding scientists to experiment in complete safety. Through a series of missions combining science and techno, young and old alike are called upon to improve an everyday device with recovered material.

The activities planned throughout this 2nd edition of the Mois des Débrouillards en famille will address the scientific approach and technological design, in particular by encouraging problem-solving, creativity and cooperation. They will undoubtedly be able to delight and pique the curiosity of young people by allowing them to develop their own prototype and by introducing them to biology and physics.

“Although the context in which the Mois des Résouillards en famille will take place is exceptional this year, the Technoscience Network and its regional organizations have worked hard to offer enriching, fun and safe activities to young people and their families in each region of Quebec. The proposed scientific missions have been developed with the objective of making them as easy and enjoyable as possible for families, ”says Marthe Poirier, CEO of the Technoscience Network.

Registration in progress

Families from across Quebec are invited to register now. To find out about the program and activities organized in each region of Quebec, consult the Technoscience Network website.
