From February 21 to February 25, 2022, FAD Week will take place, an event organized by FADIO and having École branchée as its main partner (hello, it's us!). Do you want to participate but are still hesitating? Here are a few reasons to sign up.

1 – The content presented has been designed to offer current reflections related to the life of an actor in the field of education.

Impossible to deny it, with the two years that we have just experienced, the way of considering certain subjects in education has changed, even evolved (it depends!). The programming of FAD Week has therefore been thought out to highlight avenues for talking about education as it is perceived today and how it is possible to project it in the years to come.

Of course, distance education (FAD) is not everyone's reality, but everyone needs to recharge their batteries and be inspired by other professionals in the education sector. Whether education takes place in the classroom or through a screen, we all want our students to learn in the most effective and enjoyable way possible.

2 – The schedule is divided into several different times and days.

The program is spread over a full week. It is possible to register only for the time slots where you are available or for the subjects that appeal to you more, without attending everything else. A beautiful training buffet!

Several types of activities are also on the program. Note a “pecha kucha”, (What is that?), panels, a symposium, conferences… Nothing to bore you, in any case! Everything will of course be offered by #RockstarÉdu that everyone should know.

3 – The content will be recorded.

Eh yes! You can register, and if you have an impediment, it will not be so serious. You will always have the possibility to watch the activities you have missed, a little later. All content will be available for replay. By registering, you will be notified by email when the conferences will be accessible. You can even review your favorite conferences or share them with your colleagues.

4 – For all levels, actors, orders and tralala!

Elementary, secondary, Cégep, University, teacher, professor, lecturer, educational advisor, director, regardless of your teaching environment or your field of expertise, you can easily feel challenged by one of the subjects presented. Today's school, artificial intelligence, convenience, leadership, inclusion, the use of ICT, including support strategies, all of these topics are likely to be of interest to all school stakeholders.

5 – 100% online and 100% free

If you are not yet convinced, here is the ultimate argument. FAD Week is offered to you completely free of charge, thanks to numerous partners and the financial support of the Ministries of Education and Higher Education of Quebec.

In addition, all activities will be presented online. No need to travel or book a hotel. You can attend the conferences in the comfort of your home, in your workplace with colleagues (why not gather to listen together?) or in any other place of your choice.

Convinced now? Run quickly register right here!
