Since the fall of 2020, Professor Martine Pellerin has been leading a collaborative action research project with French immersion elementary school teachers from the Rocky View Schools school board in Calgary, Alberta, concerning support for online teachers in the adoption of an “online hybrid” approach during the pandemic. Here she presents some inspiring observations and recommendations.
