Groupe Média TFO is calling for applications from Francophone professionals in Ontario to form a multidisciplinary, innovative, creative team that enjoys new technologies and education. 

To respond to an increased transformation of our ways of learning, accelerated by new technologies and more recently by the Covid-19 pandemic, online learning has become essential. Tablets, smartphones, computers and other connected devices are used more than ever. The world of education is doing everything to adapt to this new era of education. Groupe Média TFO also. 

A public educational media for 33 years, producer and broadcaster recognized for the quality of its educational and cultural content and its sense of innovation, Groupe Média TFO will produce for the start of the 2021 school year a series of 54 online learning modules for the elementary, in French. 

The mandate and mission of the new MALÉO team 

The new team, which will integrate TFO over the coming weeks, will create 54 online learning modules for elementary school in Ontario (called "MALÉO") to support teachers and students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 in Ontario and ensure the continuity of their learning in French. 

The learning modules to which you will contribute will cover Mathematics, French, Science and Technology, Social Studies, History, Geography, Physical and Health Education, Arts Education and English (4th -8th year). 

Interactive learning activities will also be created (quiz, open questions, games, texts, etc.) as well as multimedia elements (videos, podcasts, interactive learning objects or OAIs, interactive PDFs, apps, websites, etc. ) will thus be developed by teams dedicated to the MALÉO project to carry out this new mission.

The profiles we are looking for

  • Skills / experiences in pedagogy, such as educational designers or experts in educational content (mathematics or French teachers, social sciences, etc.);
  • Skills / experiences in project management to support and coordinate the production teams of educational and multimedia content, Technology and operations, Talent Development, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Communications;
  • Skills / experiences in production to produce multimedia elements;
  • Skills / experiences in technology to support the media coverage and deployment of educational and multimedia content produced
