  • Saturday, April 22, 2017: 9:30 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, April 23, 2017: 9:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

 

Visit of Minister Anglade and Luc Langevin, the national spokesperson for Expo-sciences Hydro-Québec!

On Saturday April 22, 2017, the 174 exhibitors will have the chance to meet the Minister of the Economy, Science and Innovation and Minister responsible for the Digital Strategy, Mrs. Dominique Anglade, as well as the illusionist and spokesperson national des Expo-sciences Hydro-Québec, Luc Langevin.

Minister Anglade will be present on the exhibition site between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m., she will visit projects accompanied by Ms. Marie-Ève Naud, astrophysicist. Once the visit of a few projects is over, exhibitors and visitors will be invited to attend the gathering. Imagine… being a star.

A scientific president and a youth ambassador

The Super Expo-sciences Hydro-Québec, Quebec final, 2017 edition, is under the scientific chairmanship of Mr. Philippe Boulanger, General Manager, Contrecoeur-Ouest and Longueuil Complexes ArcelorMittal Long Products Canada.

Antony Diaz, co-founder of UVOLT and member of the Community of Science Fair Alumni supported by Merck is the event's youth ambassador. He will meet the exhibitors during the activity Future meetings Saturday evening.

 

Nearly 250,000 $ in price

The event will end with the award ceremony where a value in prizes, scholarships and participation of nearly 250,000 $ will be awarded!

The ceremony will be held on Sunday April 23 between 1 pm and 3:30 pm It is also available via webcast.

It will be the moment to discover the exhibitors selected to compose the Quebec delegation, sponsored by Merck Canada Inc., at the Canada-wide Science Fair. The delegation will travel to Regina, Saskatchewan May 14-20. Five exhibitors will also be chosen to participate in the MILSET International Science Fair to be held in Brazil from August 6 to 12.
