Press release - On December 9, 2021, in a virtual 100 % format, the third Professional Development Summit in Education in Quebec will be held. This free day, focused on the sharing of practices, will bring together various stakeholders in education who will propose concrete achievements for the development of professional development (PD) in different environments. This is an initiative of CADRE21, with the financial support of the Quebec Ministry of Education.

The Professional Development Summit is aimed at all stakeholders in education who work to propel and support the professional development of teachers in the field. This edition, presented in the form of panels, proposes to highlight promising PD initiatives from three angles in particular:

  • Training Sessions : rely on the skills of the teaching profession in order to actively engage in an individual and collective process of professional development.
  • Leadership and support : provide professional development opportunities to meet evolving needs.
  • Occupational integration : support entry into the profession through a professional development offer adapted to the profile.

The event is made possible thanks to the collaboration of the École branchée, the Association of Counselors and Educational Consultants of Quebec (ACCPQ), escouadeÉDU and the Quebec Ministry of Education. It is powered by the Multimedia Squad Team.
