To create? Innovate? Integrate digital into our practices? Update? No time! Speaking and thinking about pedagogy, for a teacher, ironically turns out to be quite difficult. Even during the so-called "pedagogical" days, reflection on its educational practices is moreover very often ejected from its front-line concerns (logistics, correction, meetings, material management and general assemblies rapidly absorbing all the concerns. working hours).
However, on October 5, more than forty teachers gave themselves time, taken the weather. An essential downtime for a stimulating and fruitful teaching practice.
Teachers committed and willing to help each other, collaborate, make mistakes, share their knowledge and create came to Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes to explore innovative practices in education during the CréaCamp des Bois-Francs, a friendly setting signed École branchée.
Building on their own initial knowledge, each participant (including members of the RÉCIT DP team, who acted as facilitators on the theme of virtual reality) made discoveries and placed digital at the service of relevant educational intentions.
At the end of the day, participants obtained a digital badge granted by CADRE21, in addition to leaving with new skills and a body of ingenious ideas. In terms of professional development, this is a powerful tool!
Giving this opportunity to a teacher is to encourage him or her to engage in a continuous training process, to invest in a creative process, to speak and think about pedagogy. Truly. It is to make him want to be inspired and to share. It is also responding to a need that is increasingly being heard: the recognition of its initiatives and the enhancement of its involvement. School administrators have every advantage in considering the positive impact on their environment of events such as CréaCamp.
It was frankly inspiring to witness this mobilization of forces present, all in the service of education!
