Artificial intelligence is now accessible to young people aged 12 to 15

Young people can now register for a techno discovery camp that will take place from July 22 to 26, 2019 in Montreal to develop their knowledge of AI and visit some of the most innovative companies in the world.

Montreal is an international artificial intelligence (AI) hub with its industries and cutting-edge researchers. Young people aged 12 to 15 can now register for a techno discovery camp to develop their knowledge of AI and visit some of the most innovative companies in the world.

The iA camp will take place July 22-26, 2019 in the premises of Mila, located in Mile-Ex in Montreal. This is the place where start-ups and AI innovation laboratories have come together.

Participants will discover the basics of artificial intelligence (AI) in addition to visiting four cutting-edge companies that make Montreal famous in AI. They will live unique experiences and activities specially designed for young people.

The IA camp aims to enable young people to plan a career in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and to promote their academic success.

Registrations are open and places are limited.

  • 20 places for young people aged 12 to 15 who are interested and initiated in technology and programming
  • 200$ + taxes
  • University students are in charge of the group and act as a model of perseverance
