Outaouais youth are committed to the climate

The #ONsengage for the climate day arrives in Outaouais on December 7, in the middle of the COP 24 in Katowice. It will bring together student delegations to raise awareness and mobilize them towards climate change.

Gatineau, November 30, 2018 - The #ONsengage for the climate day is coming to the Outaouais on December 7, in the middle of the COP 24 in Katowice. The youth event, which will take place at St-Joseph College in Hull, will bring together student delegations from 11 high schools and parasoclaire groups in the region to raise awareness and mobilize towards climate change.

Previously called the Youth Engagement Days, the #ONsengage Days travel across the regions of Quebec to bring together young leaders who wish to implement actions or projects in their school and their community through a day of learning that will allow them to discover the multitude of ways to get involved.

This day is organized in the Outaouais by the following partners: Enviro Éduc-Action, the Collège St-Joseph de Hull and the Alliance for Youth Engagement.
