Find your professional identity by targeting your success factors
It is important to find teaching strategies that resemble us and to look for its success factors in order to have the best possible impact on your class. Valérie realized that by offering creative and digital projects to her students, she could mobilize them more.
In this interview, Valérie underlines that we tend to believe that it is not possible to make projects when class management is difficult, whereas it is rather the opposite: projects improve the functioning of the class. and even make it possible to integrate certain school concepts which would not “pass” through traditional teaching methods.
