On May 22, 2018, a first version of this matrix of professional development activities was presented by our director during a webinar organized by CADRE21 and Edu squad.

Updated on an ad hoc basis, this matrix groups together suggestions to stimulate a taste for continuing training among teachers. The activities are positioned according to their style (rather individual or social, and rather in reflection or in action).

Of course, this is a generalization and interpretation that can be discussed, but we hope you find this tool useful in your decisions. Do you have ideas to improve it? Do not hesitate to share them with us!
