(Communiqué) Grades 1 to 12 students in French-language schools in Ontario can once again get help in all subjects, in addition to receiving specialized support in French and in STEM-related fields (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). The Eureka service has resumed service for the 2020-2021 school year.
The Eurêka team! is made up of qualified teachers. In order to support students who study either entirely at home or in a hybrid way, the team is also available during the day to support them. Services are offered Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Students and their parents also have access to a technological support service. They can thus obtain answers to their questions concerning, among other things, registering for Eureka services, how to consult the digital library for free, and how to access Google and Microsoft applications.
Students can communicate with Eureka in a number of ways to gain support during home study periods.
