Meeting with François Bourdon, co-founder of iClasse, an innovation support program for teachers.

Founded by Pierre Poulin and François Bourdon, iClasse is an approach that allows teachers to regain control over their profession by proposing ideological and pedagogical changes to their practice.

We had the chance to speak with François Bourdon in our mobile studio during the very first CréaCamp, May 18, 2017. In the following interview, he explains that it is by relying on research data that teachers are supported within the framework of iClasse. Everything takes place over a period of 2 years to explore different approaches and give yourself the necessary space to follow your pedagogical intuition. The ultimate goal: to allow participants to define their winning teaching practices.

Teachers who live the iClasse experience should expect to be unsettled, to be supported and to interact with teachers who follow the same process as them. Does that pique your curiosity? Listen to François tell you more about it!
